The Site

The Cutler's View development, off Park Spring Drive, Norfolk Park is one mile south-east of the city centre and from its high vantage point boasts some of the best views of Sheffield.

The area enjoys some of the biggest green spaces that Sheffield is famed for including Norfolk Heritage Park. Being just six miles from the motorway network it's got great access too. The area has a brand new primary school along with established local secondary schools plus the Sheffield College in close proximity. The library, play areas and local shops are all within easy walking distance and there's good access to public transport too.

What they say:

“It is very spacious, very modern.  I just love it; it's marvellous, it really is.” Shirley, tenant, Cutler's View Phase 1

“We are really happy living here and have already recommended this development to other friends.” Steven, homeowner, Cutler's View Phase 1
