Along with building homes for open market sale, we're also building what the government defines as 'affordable housing'. In phase 1, of the 293 homes we built, 70 homes were available social or affordable rent. We will continue to build more affiordable rented homes, alongside those available for open market sale, in phase 2, along with a small proportion of shared ownership properties.

The majority of our affordable rented homes and all our shared ownership properties are managed by our partner, Great Places Housing Group, a trusted and respected Registered Landlord which already manages over 1,500 homes in Sheffield. When our homes are available to rent they are advertised on the Sheffield Property Shop website. 

If you would like to bid for a home when they are advertised, you will first need to be registered on the Council's Housing Register. If you aren't already registered, you need to complete a Housing Registration Form.
