The Site
The Cutler's View development, off Park Spring Drive, Norfolk Park is one mile south-east of the city centre and from its high vantage point boasts some of the best views of Sheffield.
The area enjoys some of the biggest green spaces for which Sheffield is famed, including Norfolk Heritage Park. Being just six miles from the motorway network it's got great access too. The area has a brand new primary school along with established local secondary schools plus the Sheffield College in close proximity. The library, play areas and local shops are all within easy walking distance and there's good access to public transport too.

Art to the Park
As part of our public art contributions we have created an innovative arts programme encouraging people to enjoy the superb outdoor spaces the city offers. In Norfolk Park we have created six sculptures inspired by the shapes and structures of leaves. Designed and sculpted by artist Howard Bowcott, 65 and from North Wales, it is hoped they will encourage the viewer to look at the details of nature all around them. They explore the relationship between the built form of the urban environment and the organic natural world.
