Who We Are

We are a joint venture housing and regeneration company, established by Sheffield City Council (50% shareholder), with Keepmoat and Great Places (jointly 50% shareholders).

SHC draws on the knowledge and expertise of its partners to deliver housing that will be desirable to residents of Sheffield for generations to come.  Land and strategic housing knowledge is provided by the council and development, sales and estate management expertise by our private sector partners.
